For Universities and Higher Education Providers, I provide reviews and audits in preparation for registration through the national regulator or, in response to conditions or determinations applied. Drawing on my experience, my specialist expertise is in reviewing corporate and academic governance, with a deep understanding of Boards (Academic or other) and their standing committees. I undertake compliance assessments against all Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) and other relevant legislative instruments.

I have helped several organisations by redesigning existing business tasks, processes, policies and procedures, improving their effectiveness and enhancing the workflows and overall performance. Professional organisation course accreditation and curriculum design

I have been providing course accreditation and auditing services to businesses, Universities and Professional Bodies and Organisations since 1998. I have developed a sound understanding of the tensions between operational effectiveness, organisation culture, compliance and performance and what is required to achieve a balanced and acceptable outcome. Utilising audits and accreditation visits as developmental partnerships between organisations and providers is a cornerstone of my success and recognition in the sector. Since 2012, I have completed ten course accreditation visits for professional organisations at ten different universities effectively enhancing 14 degree qualifications.
